As a Gas Dispatcher (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for the daily scheduling, nomination handling, and dispatch coordination of natural gas send-out from the Terminal into the German transmission system.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that Terminal operations are fully aligned with shipper nominations, TSO requirements, and contractual/regulatory obligations. Acting as the central interface between Terminal operations, shippers, and the TSO, you will help guarantee reliable, compliant, and efficient gas deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with the shippers for the nomination plan, interfacing with other departments to ensure compliance with LNG cargo delivery plan.
- Receive and validate shipper nominations (daily and within-day), matching them with the TSO and in accordance with Terminal and shippers’ capacity.
- Coordination of the communications with TSOs, in compliance with the grid regulations, respecting process and quality parameters and managing the Operational Balancing Account.
- Update and adjust send-out schedules based on re-nominations and operational constraints.
- Preparing the gas accounting reports (daily, weekly and monthly operation reports) as well as submitting required data to the transparency platforms.
- Monitoring and verifying the quantity and quality of LNG imported, confirming, verifying and reporting the conduct of monthly reconciliations of the LNG Terminal user’s inventory and process all commercial data.
